Fiber Glass Wool, commonly known as Glass Wool or Fiberglass Insulation, is a light, porous thermal and acoustic insulating material. It's made by spinning molten glass (often including a high percentage of recycled glass) into fine fibers, which are then bound together to trap millions of tiny pockets of air. These trapped air pockets are what provide its superior insulation properties.
